Old autoflower seeds germinate fine for several years if they were stored cool, dark, and dry, but a pack left in a warm drawer can drop to half viability within a season. I keep mine in a sealed jar with a silica packet in the fridge and label the date on each bag. Storage temperatures and expected germination rates by age are listed at https://turboautoflowerseeds.com along with a simple float test that sorts most duds before you waste a pot. Freezing is riskier than people assume because of moisture.
